Lynn started off meeting with passing out flyers to post at various businesses in the area for Art Sculpture entries for the town garden
Looking into co-sponser from Federal Savings Bank or other local business, maybe Turbocam.

Lynn read a letter from the local food pantry written by Richard Conway to thank us for the donations of personal care items collected at our Holiday gathering.
Ready Rides- citizens from Nottingham, Strafford and Barrington need volunteers for driving seniors to doctor appts. Coordinated by Northwood Congregational Church
Schedule of events for the following months
March 20th- Wentworth Greenhouse will do a demonstration/lecture on water gardens.
April 17th- selection of sculpture entries.
Held at Joannes Followed by a workshop for "Dish Gardens" given by KIK(Kathleen I. Kimball) Plans to make extra for selling at the plant sale in June. Please bring glass or ceramic containers round or oval about 8x 10, small plants such as assorted thyme for fragrant gardens,lemon grass,or other tiny plants. Stones, mini ornamental items for a theme.glass sand and beads. Lets get creative and have some fun!!
April 20th- spring town garden cleanup. Let's all join in to get the garden into shape for another beautiful season! The more the merrier, and the quicker it goes for everyone.
May- Joanne is looking into Elf's on rte 202a for a tour. Date and time TBD. We will have a sigh-up sheet for summer garden maintenance schedule. Coleen will hand out raffle tickets to be sold before the plant sale, items to raffle are TBD.
June maybe a Botanical Garden tour,TBD, The friends of the Library Plant Sale. and the Barrington Bloomers raffle, will need volunteers
July- Cindi looking into tour of Celia Thaxter's garden on Appledore Island at the Isles of Shoals
August- there is no meeting
Suggested that we post a flyer for meetings of interest, lectures/workshops so nonmembers could attend, voluntary donation.
