Treasurer, Coleen Read the report on money amount/bank business for sculpture donation
Dues were collected/ amount is now $10 for the year
Secretary, Cindi Read minutes from August
President, Lynn spoke about the garden looking great, it is from a great combined effort!
There was no offers to replace officers at this time, so remaining officers are as follows
Lynn Desharnais- President
Joann Pearson- Vice President
Coleen Smead- Treasurer
Cindi Harrington- Secretary/ Lydia Cupp has offered to be backup to take notes, thanks Lydia
Fall cleanup schedule is as follows:
October 13th 9:00AM to noon Town Garden
October 27th 9:00AM to noon Library Gardens
Those that can't make the 13th will do the library gardens on the 27th. Marilyn has sent out info on who from the friends of the library will be able to help on both days. Thanks Marilyn
Lydia talked to Wentworth Greenhouses about doing a session on Water Gardens. Will get back to us with dates, details
Some suggestions for future meetings, seminars, etc./ Organic Farming, Pot, sundails, birdbaths made from hyperufas. Bring ideas of what you would like to do or see for the next meeting.

That is all we have planned at this time, bring your suggestions and ideas next meeting
Joshua will be notified to remove sculpture before winter. Thanks to Joshua it was a beautiful sculpture and looked great in the garden. It is for sale if anyone is interested???
